For several years now, penis enlargement exercises have proven over and over again to be an effective non-costly way to enlarge one's penis. However, many men don't know how they work and miss out on a potentially life changing idea. For me personally, I remember trying pill after pill and watching as my penis stayed exactly the same size it had always been. Not until I took action and started learning how penis enlargement exercises worked did I really see gains that stuck around. In this article I'm going to teach you the basis of how this method of PE works and I'll even go over a basic exercise with you to give you an example.

First things first, you've got to know what is going on in your body when you enlarge your penis. The tissues of the human body are designed to respond to new stress and stimuli by fortifying themselves and growing bigger than before (think about how muscles grow when you work out for an example of this).

Closely related to muscle cells is the blood holding tissue that resides in the penis. This spongy tissue holds blood when you are sexually excited, resulting in an erection. When you use penis enlargement exercises, you are placing a mild stress on these penile tissues and in turn they grow back larger than before, enabling them to hold more blood and thus give you an overall bigger penis. Penis enlargement results are generally permanent and can be drastic with just 5-10 minutes per day of commitment (I personally gained nearly an inch and a half in a month).

Let's learn a penis enlargement exercise: The exercise I want to teach you is called "horizontal motion" and is an exercise I regularly incorporate into my own workouts.

To begin you'll want to use warm water to "warm up", try and get your penis semi erect but not completely hard. Next use some sort of lube to make the exercise easier. Once you're ready, make a circle with your thumb and forefinger and place this hand around the base of your penis; squeeze gently but firmly.

Next make another ring out of your free hand and squeeze near the tip of your penis; now slowly bring your hand down squeezing the whole way until it meets up with your base hand. Slowly bring your hand back up to the starting position.

Repeat this exercise 20-40 times per session when starting out and you'll be on your way to coaxing significant growth out of your penis.
